What size do I buy?

We’ve created a unique Finest Hour Clothing size guide, which will ensure you make the right choice when you place your order. Slim, with a longer fit, our hoods and sweats are cut and stitched from our own Finest Hour patterns that quite frankly piss all over some of those box fit, wholesale ‘apparel’ efforts.

Are you clothes unisex?

Boy or Girl...we got your back! Check out our size guide to make sure you order the right size for you.

Can I have stickers?

Yes. You can buy them in our shop, or if you place a big order we throw ‘em in for free.

Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase?

We process our payments through PayPal, because it’s simple and easy. If you do not have a PayPal account, click on that “I do not have a PayPal account” button, which will accept a wide range of payment types.  

When will I receive my Finest Hour purchase?

We’ll dispatch your purchase within 48 hours of you placing your order. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s service at no extra cost to you. It’ll be with you in a maximum of five days time. Nice.

How do I use a promotional code?

Select all the items you wish to purchase, go through the shopping cart and click ‘Checkout’. Enter your code in in the ‘Discount box’ and click ‘Apply’ to see the new reduced price.

Can I amend or cancel my purchase once I’ve placed my order?

Only if you send us an email within 4 hours of placing your order, of course you can. Anytime after that, send us an email at orders@finesthourclothing.com to receive and fill out our Returns Form.

Will you deliver to my resort?

Season folk, we want your Finest Hour ski hood to be your loyal companion, be it for park, powder or piste. If you’re out in France for the season, give us a reliable address to make sure your new FH gear doesn’t get lost.

How do I return an item?

Returns should be sent with a completed Returns Form (send us an email at orders@finesthourclothing.com to get hold of one) using proof of postage to the Finest Hour address within 14 days of receipt. Only products returned in their original saleable condition will be exchanged or refunded. The cost of returning any item is on you.

How do I apply to produce a Finest Hour Mixtape?
